Two Day Conference in Herat University
The office of Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) in Kabul by cooperation of National Centre for Policy Research of Kabul University (NCPR) held a two days conference in Herat on 9th and 10th of November 2016. Lecturers and students of Herat University and members of civil society of Herat province participated in this conference. On the first day of the conference, Dr. Noor Ebad. NCPR’s director talked on “Economic Development of Afghanistan after the International Troops Fallback” and put the topic on discussion. On the second day, Prof. Faridullah Frahmand, NCPR’s head of Social Sciences department, talked about “Administrative Corruption and its Social Effects in Afghanistan”.
